3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are subject to availability of stock.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if there is a pricing error.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp after placing your order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
  • Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
  • Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 2,000.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
  • Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
